He told me you weren't the smartest one he ever saw posting all those pics on your fb that clearly shows your taking pics from drivers seat while moving down the road might wanna quit doing that

They can't prove if its from a camera, cell phone, or if its how he has his dash cam mounted

As it happens I do have a dash cam. I do use it to take stills of places I've been particularly sports stadiums. I take note of when I pass them and at the end of the day I extract the stills from the video on my computer.

The downside is this a basic garbage camera.

 

Might wanna check some of the exif data on the pics to make sure
