Why not try a local company.You have the exp,they may over look you don't quite have a yrs exp.They pay better then werner and usx does I bet.

I wish you the best in your Police work, cowboy13. I just got out of there. The job is honorable thing to do for our society and there are not many people that will do this job for that reason(honorable) therefore most of the guys who are up there in administration jobs (LT, Cap, chiefs) are very dishonest people. If you don't play with the "clique" you may get harrased until you quit or get fired.
