stay away from Trojan Horse Ltd

well i have some in my 401k not alot but brian wont sign off letting asencus know we DONT WORK THERE ANY MORE

 

Supposedly sheena is handling that. We were told that 2 weeks ago she was suppose to have called in and released funds from 401k. The way I see it they are still getting paid there in jessup but for what? No seperation notice and no calls back helping anything! They can't even take 2 min to close accounts to let all of us that do have a little money have access to it. The 401k place is totally aware they are no longer I don't know why they can't release funds knowing that. Why wait for them to call or email?

 

talked to my attorney and he said tuesday he would be giving brian and sheena and the asencus a call . asencus might be looking for a law suit if they dont release the 401k and i dont think they want that.

 

I don't think you guys understand what is going on here. asencus can only release the funds they have records for. If Brian never started an account for you, then you are not going to get any money from them. There are so many drivers (including myself) that the SOB's never created accounts for. Brian has stolen that money. We have an attorney and I wish you guys would just sign on with us so we can sue this POS and get our money back. Please see posting #133 for attorney contact info.

 

that's what i've been trying to get across also Trojan took our money so whats he going to sign off on when there is nothing to sign for like he says get on board with the rest of us or you will be out in the boonies saying I wish I would have listened to those guys now I have nothing shazzaam wow !!!!!!!

 

I don't know about you but i talked to asencus and i do have a account with them and thats the money i want i'm not sure why you don't have account with them . I know brian took alot of my money before it got to the 401k but i still have some money in that account the attorney can take care of the
part he took . I want the money that made it in there its not much but its there. And i am on board with the attorney and whats been going on my attorney will be calling asencus tomorrow for my money in my account and if anyone else has account with
asencus should be calling there attorney to

I am in the same situation-I have around 17,500.00 that is vested in the Ascensus account,that I have been unable to access to date;That money that is vested is safe- but, until designated 401k administrator signs off on it- it is untouchable.I don't have an attorney as of yet-it would be greatly appreciated"madashel",if you could let me know what information you get tomorrow.I am in a bad situation,that's getting worse,day by day.I need that money quickly. I also have approximately 14,000.00 that has been deducted from my pay and never made it into the 401k,add that with two paychecks which total 4,300.00 and two weeks vacation pay which is about 2,000.00----Trojan Horse/GBH/Brian Hicks owes me roughly 20,000.00---Correct me if I am wrong but,if there were 300 drivers employed there and they are owed about the same---that's 6 million dollars!!! The dept of labor has had a formal investigation underway concerning this for at least 8 months now---they are moving at a snails pace and seem to be pro Trojan Horse.I also understand postal inspectors and the F.B.I have current investigations that also seem to be moving very,very slowly.Meredith Hockman is the name of the dept of labor investigator---please call her----complain---speak up please---her number is 202-693-8741.
