    I would choose Melton. It's a 48 state carrier, plus Canada, lots of freight going to the border of TX & Mexico, which means lots of miles, trucks have APU's, rider program, pet policy, been around since the late 1940's or early 1950's. Excellent benefits package.

    TMC new equipment as well home 48 out of 52 weekends a year instead of being forced to stay out at least 2-3 weeks at a time. Make more bank as well. TMC has nicer equipment also. You can run anywhere in the country if you want as well as Canada or stay regional completely up to you.
