Again, please see post number 133 on this thread for our attorney contact info. We already have a lawsuit in progress against TH. This will be about the only way to recover the money Brian has stole from you. Please join us in this fight, there is strength in numbers and we can bring Brian down if we all stick together.

 

You keep spewing this crap but, that isnt the drivers problem!! TH has the contract with the PO not the drivers!! It doesnt matter if TH EVER gets paid by the PO, the drivers "contract" was with TH NOT the PO!! If TH doesnt have operating capital to even make payroll then why are you still in operation??

If I haul a load for a broker and Im a company driver, I get paid regardless if the company gets paid; same situation here.


Side thought:

As an O/O I wont haul for a broker that has a bad credit rating SO why would a company "extend credit" to an organization (the PO) that has been SCREAMING THEY'RE BROKE forever??

 

1 you can't get infor. from the po so you can not ask them
2 maybe bh should not hire drivers to make runs if he has money owe to him
3 you would talk to your empolyees about it like answer your phones not hide
4 so he's to blame and should get whats coming to him
5 show us the proof the po did'nt pay very easy to prove.
6 he took are money and he knows it
7 people would be fools to drive for this company
8 were is all his staff in bm if nothing is a foul
9 he did'nt even give his drivers a heads up that alone tells the story
10 but you beleave what you want i have always been told the fruit will come out in the pudding

 

I spent the morning trying to figure out how to access my vested 401k money----I had no luck,I did find out that Trojan Horse is not responding to the people at Ascensus either, I spent my afternoon gathering pays tubs and 401k quarterly reports for the attorney I had to hire.Anybody else having any luck on getting any answers or money from Trojan? I would appreciate any advice or info---anything I find out I will share here with all who are interested. Now---It's time for a couple beers!!! Steven L White

You hired your own attorney? Why the Hell don't you people get on board with the class action lawsuit we already have in place? I know you have seen the other posts concerning this matter and yet, instead of joining us, you get your own lawyer. I have a lot to lose as well as all the others who have joined us. This lawyer is very good and is already in the area where he can file all the docs right there. I sure as Hell trust him with my money, why can't you?

 

I decided to join in with some other drivers,who already have an action in progress.This attorney is out of Raleigh,N.C.-----His name is Steven Emanuel of Emanuel and Dunn,he specializes in this part of the law.We all want the same thing.
