I applied recently for an open position In Indiana. Does anyone know if they hire through their office or is it done through each location? Sound likes a good company to work for. Thanks for any info.

I worked for them for 6 years as a driver and a regional manager, very strict people to work for but you make good money. I averaged $65k per year. To answer your question all online apps go to the corporate office and are then emailed to the regional manager in that area. If they are hiring and you qualify they will call you.

The corporate office does not decide who they hire. That is up to the regional manager.

Did you leave the company? What do you mean strict people? As far as paperwork or ? Do you know I go about about finding out who the regional manager is? I was thinking about calling him and checking on my status. I applied over the weekend thought it would be good if I called them. Thank you for the information and if you could give me some more you and pm me or post it either way. Thanks again

Yes I did leave a few years ago. The are strict as to you better follow their code of conduct which is lengthy and you need a magnifying glass to read it or they will terminate you. They often do not give any second chances. Sometimes you will feel like you cant take a crap without being punished. As long as you do your job exactly the way they want you will do fine. They are picky with paperwork also. I am in no way putting them down they just run a very tight ship and you can make good money. I am not sure who the Manager is out there since it has changed a few times. Truck and trailer are very well maintained and I believe they have very good CSA scores.
