I have the opportunity to lease on a truck (or two) with Farm2Fleet, young company that has a different way of doing things. Would be looking for someone experienced that would like the flexibility of driving as an owner/operator but for whatever reason does not have the ability right now to get into a truck of their own. This would be a sort of partnership where I provide the truck/trailer and position, you provide the experience and initiative that would allow you at some point to get into your own truck or even your own authority. OR, it would just be a good job, where you might trade big company benefits for more freedom and independence. You would have input in what truck you drive and where and when you drive it, within reason of course. If you are eager and wanting to succeed, we will. I'm very flexible in how things work between us, I would be the primary 'dispatcher' but you would have substantial input into what we do. Looking for someone into working smarter, not harder. Pay can be percentage or mileage based. I am in Chicago so someone reasonably close would be good, but not mandatory. F2F is in Chattanooga. Looking to get someone going as soon as we can, so respond here or to cjstransport33@gmail.com.

Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

Just a small plug here, we are leased on the f2f and love it. Great family atmosphere. Don't want to ever be anywhere else.

Don't need to be in Chicago or anywhere near..NC is fine. Please see the e-mail in the original post, cjstransport33@gmail.com.
Thanks. -
whats farm2fleets hiring requirments? I cant find much at all.
-
Would like 2 years recent experience; if it's close, can maybe get it through with a bit less under certain circumstances. I know I would like a clean driving record and no criminal record. As they're not really actively recruiting, there is not much info available. Not sure if your 1 year is just that or if it's nearer 2 years...if it is close to 2, let me know.

will be 2 total in November. 15 months solo. would be September or later when I will be ready to buy a truck.

I'd say send me an e-mail and I will forward you an application - can't hurt. If 2 years is in November, then that would put you at about 19 months experience...e-mail cjstransport33@gmail.com
