I own 3 trucks in LANDSTAR, and I love being at home dispatching....

 

You must have some real ''cheap'' labor running them trucks..?

 

My solos make .40cpm and my teams make .54cpm

 

I guess when you can stay at home and can scour the board and call agents all day you could probably keep a steady base of high dollar freight. would make sense.

 

Paying your drivers that kind of wage is good...Either you have some GREAT RATES or you are not a ''greedy'' boss and make minimal on your drivers..?????
