Another thing you could have done (if you had it) was use a can of sure start. Spray a little in the tire and light it with a match. That will reseat the tire then you just have to fill it up.

You're not "under a load"... Line 5? Anybody knowing TA charges more for oil changes on Sunday. I got stuck with a day off.
-
According to the computer I am under load; just happens to on someone else's f#^€@&£ truck.
Also I have a trl, so no line 5. I'm gonna drive 18 miles to a pilot if rodger can't find me something else (which I doubt he can on a Sunday). -
I got the very last spot in minooka, you know, the one everyone else gave up on. I actually had to move the tandems to get in. On the plus side, getting in to the spot everyone gave up on is a nice little ego boost.
PSUMoose, Arkansas Frost and Dark_Majesty_06 Thank this. -
A lot of us have given up on Minooka! Lol. I'm in Bridgeport, MI right now and waiting on an oil change. Luckily the lady inside thought I was funny. Just got a voucher for free food! I didn't even know they had those. Too bad it's a truckstop diner... Always feels like a weird game of roulette when I order at these "country diners."

Hey guys I start at central in the morning in Conley, GA. Wish me luck!! I am nervous. I have to be there at 5:45 am. I am driving my personal vehicle since I only live 15 minutes from the terminal.

hey everyone I'm about to start CDL training with Central and wanted any advice anyone has to offer. My father in law and I are entering July 1 as a team.
we have both been needing a career change and I come from a family full of truckers so I've got a basic idea. Also wanted to know how often Central gets
loads going to Mississippi. I've seen trucks here pretty regular and was just wondering. -
We have a drop yard in Olive Branch, so yep we get to MS
-
I've got advice: never work with family. Worst years of my life...
Seriously though, teams are great for the company, but you don't get double the miles and the pay is split two ways (Lady K can attest to that, I'm sure) so think that over. -
True! I work with family, I'm married to him... Thankfully he is my best friend too

With us all $$ goes in the same pocket... So it works... Plus it's nice to have that second person for those sticky situation such as a blind side back etc.
