I start central on June 3 in Conley Ga. My question is I got a Dot physical today and I received a 2 year long form and a 2 year medical card. Will I have to take it over even though it is only 3 days old? It expires in 2015. I got one because I didn't want to get to Conley and had to go back home.
-
They will accept it since it is so recent. If it was more then a year old they would aske you if you want to take it over. I had two guys in my class that had them one was 4 months old and there was no problem he just had to take the drug test.

Hello all I start central TDA on July 1 along with my father in law who will be my team mate
I guess I was wondering if anyone has any advice or anything to say about central we will be attending the
WVC SCHOOL -
Have a good attitude, listen, and have an open mind about what they teach you.
Also, when there is not much going on, ask if you can use one of the other trucks to practice maneuvers on. Most likely they will let you. Also it makes you look better then the group of people hiding and horse playing so they dont have to do anything. It is an awesome, fast pace, course. -
Thanks I'm just getting nervous I guess and very excited
how long u been with central -
I am done with my training, will start my 3 day orientation on Monday.

Does anyone know, if I were to get hired as a solo company driver and use Fontana, CA as my home terminal, will I spend most of my time on the western side of the US?
-
No you will be routed wherever they need freight to go.
DSYLEXC Thanks this.
