Hi I'm Beezy. Just wanted to interduce myself. I've been on the road for four years, I haul frieght. I started out at Werner and now work for Vitran. I still like the driving but I'm looking into buying my own truck. I enjoy reading the Owner Op threads on here. There seems to be a lot of good info.

Thank you. I have an interview with vitran on Monday but have been reading some less than favorable posts about them. I'm wondering about the current conditions.

Doesn't matter how good a company is, there are always whiners. I once worked for a crappy company, but the pay & benefits were so good, I just tuned everything else out.

I agree. The money is good, the location is close to home, and I'll be home every night and they offer benefits. All these things outweigh the bad. I'll be glad to have a local job.
