Hello ya'll I am currently in the Army with a few months left. I received a email stating that CR will pay for all tuition to get your CDL for vets. Also it stated you will have a 6 month commitment with them in order to get it free. What I want to know is, is CR a good company to start out with. Also I am looking into maverick when I get out.

JNaum.....stick with your first choice Dude. Seriously. If you don't, don't say I did not warn ya Man....

I've read many many bad things on the forum about CRE. Enough that I'd never even consider them. I've read many good things about Maverick tho. You might want to do a lot more forum reading on some of the older threads and see what you come up with.

stay far away from cr England they like to scam people with their lease ,and low miles. I would suggest going into prime.
-
I am not lookin into a lease with no company period lol. With maverick is there still a waiting period to get with a trainer for TCD, jxu?
-
there may be, there may not be. Call or email recruiting and find out what it looks like right now.
JNaum Thanks this. -
All right will do

I can't say I have ever read a positive thread about CRE around here. Or even seen one.
I'd want to call a positive CRE thread a "TTR Unicorn" but that would imply that it was not only mythical but magical, and the word magical has no business being uttered in the same sentence about CR England.
