Do you think a former official at FMCSA and NHTSA will affect how those agencies look at QC ?

 

Checked the price of a New , Stainless , insulated tank lately ? I haven't , since the 80's . They were over $130,000 then.
Ya , used are cheaper . You get what you pay for.

 

there were a variety of trailers from former companies. chemical leaman, coastal tank lines, montgomery, fleet, nubulk? probably others as well.

My affiliate bought 6 , I think , new tanks last year. 6X 130,000 equals ?

 

Point is every affiliate is different . The two terminals my affiliate owner owned haven't gotten new tractors since 2006 .

 

And mine bought 2 terminals. Plus new trucks.
Might want to cover your bases , just in case.

 

Yeah , mine bought a new terminal and new trucks in LaPorte TX . Biggest mistake he ever made . Drivers kept leaving due to lack of work . New jobs aren't always all the shipper promises them to be .

 

Can anyone shed some light on working for Quality Carriers trucking? I have an offer from them after I get a wic card or whatever they call it.
