Hey guys this morning delivering in oklahoma i left some tire marks on anunpaved side walk. Dont know if it counts as someones property. Its not the front of the house but more like the side of the house.fence,dirt,curb,road. Thats the order. Anyway i gave my info to one of the neighbors and he filed a claim. Does this count as an accident? Am in trouble? Do i have to pay for the damage?

What damage ? Did the side walk break ?
-
No just tire tracks/holes on dirt
-
Fail to see any issue. Not in his lawn. Sounds almost like you put a tire in a dirt pull off ? Bout where he may pull off to park him self. That's the picture am seeing ?
-
go give him a shovel.
-
Nope its no ones lawn and no car can park there. Its just a peace of dirt seperating the side of a house from the street.i had to go on the dirt to be able to make the turn and get out of the tight area.
-
Yes! I could of fixed it myself. I offered ! all i have to do is put the dirt back in the tire tracks and give it a few stomps
-
To me that just falls under stuff happens.
-
Did anyone see you do that?
-
Yes the guy that filed the claim was also the guy helping me get out of the situation. I gave him my info.
