I emailed back and forth with a recruiter a few times, but the pay scale was a deal breaker for me. Any company that has a pay rate sub .30 for drivers of any experience level is a detriment to the industry and I won't work for em.

Im sitting here reading a advertisement for Gordon and it says "99% of their freight runs west"

 

It sucks to see things sour so quickly.

 

If the add was run in s.carolina that could be an accurate statement. .lol

 

Every company is the perfect one until you have been there a few months. The trick is to work through the problems and see if the good outweighs the bad. As a friend of mine put it the grass on the other side that looks so much better is usually artificial turf.
