Stevens has better Equipment................besides a shiny blue truck, there is nothing better about their Equipment?

Their Training is decent, but as far as staying with them afterwards.....forget it.

Lol boneebone. I would have to agree they have pretty good equipment, I think there training is a little better than decent, but as far as staying with them Im like you, no way. There is better opportunities and money to be made elsewhere. They know they are a starter company, that's why there so well organized and equipped to handle the amount of driver's coming in every week. They know that there is a large number moving on, but I would still say they have a very good training program.

Thanks Jorgan 81, they do seem like a good company with great training from the research that I have been doing.
