I have never had my door knocked on so many times in one night/day. Those are the most persistent Lizards I have ever seen. No foolin', my break was interrupted 11 times in just over 8 hours (not counting the hookers that knocked while I was inside taking a shower). What is it about a truck that is turned off and curtains drawn that says, "hey hooker, come pay me a visit!"? It would seem to be obvious which drivers would be seeking their services, you know, the drivers who are up front with windows down at 0200. So why is it that these methed out toothless wonders :biggrin_2555::biggrin_25510: insist on bothering drivers who obviously want peace and quiet!?!? When I complained to the manager, he said the cops come round them up all the time, but within the hour more show up. I will never go back to that stop again! If you need to stop for your break, don't do it there, YOU WILL NOT GET SLEEP!

Oddly enough, I haven't been bothered at that one, but I don't get there enough to really tell.

You may have hit a bad night it seems there are all sorts of things happening this weekend.

I don't stay the night, either arrive during the day or early morning, it is a bad area by reputation.

i was so exhausted as my job that day was HUGE! and I worked long hours! And by golly I wanted sleep and I finally had to show my teeth a lil bc they wouldn't give up!!!! My curtains were shut and it was obvious that I was not "waiting for anyone or anything":biggrin_25523:

I can not remember what state I was in,but I seen women walking up and down the idle aire strip with nothing on but a smile...OMG it was not a pretty site..I mean just blatantly strutting . And they were not the "fittest" of all species, let me tell you! I was so tired and no way to keep moving,so I shut my curtains, and thought to myself,"this is not going to end well" But I dunno,I went sound to sleep, truck running of course,so I couldn't hear the jibber jabber...:biggrin_2559:

buy a sign or make one that says no comercial company wanted lol put it in the small window on each side of the truck or you could get creative about the sign as well
