There is the horseshoe casino in New Albany, IN. Not sure if you can get a truck and trailer in, a friend of mine bobtails occasionally. Could always call and ask. Just go in and eat and lose $15 or $20 so you aren't abusing the privilege.

You say "We". Are you running team? According to the FMCSA you are to schedule your appts accordingly or adapt your work schedule where you don't get trapped. Ideally you arrive at the customer the night before and do the delivering at the beginning of your shift but I know it doesn't always work that way.
Twice I've politely told security I'm out of driving hours. I'll leave but if I'm involved in a wreck they are going to sue me and you both. That gets them thinking and they made special accommodations for me. It's worth a try.
Another trick is to find the industrial area of town. Usually there is somewhere you can hide even if it's another business with an uncontrolled receiving area. I have hid amongst other drivers.
