401k place won't talk to anyone except account holder only. I am the wife and they will only speak to my husband. They wouldn't tell me anything without a release from him

yeah I talked to ascensus today also told them I wanted a printed statement even though they say there is a $0000 bal even though it's in my name they were very hesitant and do not want to release it I wonder why ? do you think they know something or did something could very well be !

 

hey pony you dont have to talk to acensus to get a statement if you call and do it with the automated options on the phone ... An truck doggy why is it taking so long for your check to clear when i have gotten a loan it took one day after i put it in the bank ..does anyone know when and how we are going to get the 401k he owes us ... because i saw the lawyers papers and they are very vague they are not very descriptive please help!!!!

 

My attorney told me it could be a year before we see are 401k, also I found out that ascensus is still charging us a fee every 1/4 for book keeping,so there might not be anything there by the time they get done.
Ascensus told me no one can get there money out until b h signs off.
