    For putting all my income into deductions and only paying me a total of $1500.00 from febuary to May 2013, my dream of owner/operator is now in repo. Two days after the purchase the EGR went out plus the fuel heater started dumping coolant into the fuel with a cost out of pocket $4600.00 then the fuel pump costing $900. Oh and it was so nice after purchasing a "full warrenty" I discovered the EGR package was opted out without telling me, that was nice? And I also wish to thank you for the 34 hour off time between most loads and at least once each week the 3-4 days off telling me a load was coming so don't get too comfortable? Now I'm looking for another job wondering how I'm gonna pay for this truck and feed my children?

    Not sure which of GW's 2 companies you were leased to, Dedicated or Truckload Mngt. GW has none of their own freight, its all brokered on the truckload side.

    nah nonstop they have their own brokerage company.. They have freight they double broker the #### out of it...

    Yea, Their brokerage is Landstar, CH Robinson, and any other company that can get GW to haul cheap.

    No it is cargomasters... which yeah hauls cheap freight. and yeah they use landstar ch robison and so on.. but they do have their own cheap freight brokerage too... They are moving it right now from Park Place in Dallas to Plano

    Yes you Do, Gaffney is only a few miles away. My other half is O/O with GW/ Cheetah out of Mooresville NC. pulls a Stepdeck. No, don't do a lease purchase deal with any company If you need to get into a truck, we can tell you what to do, just let me know..

    No it is both.. they throw heavy cheap freight on us ... We make $50 for hauling it.. plus the miles which we would make anyway..... They mainly deal in produce...and van cargo.. not a lot of Dallas/Mavis flatbed freight as they have pissed off all those contracts.. Cargomaster was a top 2 or 3 brokerage when greatwide bought them now they are like 12 or something...

    They started this with us 2 years ago and we don't make a red cent off of it by the time it is all said and done.. I am not disagreeing with you in anyway.. Greatwide is cheap cheap cheap... As long as we keep running it they will keep taking it..and yeah cargomasters takes a ton of freight from other brokers too..
    It is a Joke.. but everyone here that leaves comes back..
