Glad to hear you finally made a decision. I think most any trucking company is going to have a lot of similar bs to put up with and the pay is going to be pretty close too despite what they tell you. The best part is that there are literally hundreds of companies that want your warm behind in the seat of their truck. Try them all! One of them is bound to be a fit. Good luck!!

There are 2 really good local companies that will hire me, but I hafta have 2 years "verifiable" experience.....so gotta get reamed alittle longer! lmao Oh well....if I can stick this out.....guess it'll be the end of "boot camp" days?

been running into more of "our" guys, lately, that are running out there. Even saw a few Texas Star Express guys at Garysburg(had to tell them where the nearest truckstop was) Loves at the 4 and I ended up coming up here for the night. They had some interesting stories about the merger, as well as to why I don't get out WEST of the Mississippi. Oh well, I'll just keep on trucking and do the same runs over and over again....at least I know where I'm going! lol

I am surprised it toke as long as it did! They have owned Texas Star Express for years. Our running areas overlap, we have been competing with our selfs. Been working three days last of the two weeks. So was expecting to be a little short on miles. Dink check with Melissa , and see if we have a local position open. Some of the accounts pay more then others.

only things that are open don't pay as much as OTR! I'll just stay where I'm at! Got in around 0530 this morning and Curt was saying within the next few months we will be going across the Mississippi alittle more, for those that want to! I'll stay out 2 weeks for that! I'm ready to see some different places! Haven't been across the river since I've been here! I'm just NOT doing California again! You people wanna complain about NJ?! lmao The 2 local guys in dispatch this morning were laughing at the TSE guys running up in NJ! I just said, if they deal with California, they'll be ok! If they go into NYC...GOD BLESS THEM!!!! lmao

I wonder how far west the TSE guys go. And how far north/Midwest. Like Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska?

Don't think we own any carb compliant trailers, in ether company. Last time I was in CA , I didn't leave any thing behind! ( no need to go back! )! Think most of the left coast and all the mid west, and over in to our running area. We all have seen TSE trailers in Plainfield CT.
