The only insurance you would ever pay for as a company driver is an add-on to your homeowners or renters insurance because the company you drive for does not have coverage for your personal belongings in the truck. As ev1 stated, You will NEVER pay for insurance on the truck trailer or cargo as a company driver.ev1xx10n Thanks this.

if you are a company driver the only insurance you should pay is health, dental and life insurance. you might want to check with your auto insurance company about a add on for your truck, it will pay if your company goes bankrupt because of the accident, the claim goes beyond your companies max coverage, it was about 12 bucks a year for that. lots of luck
