Western or celadon, my opinion in that order, only use England as a very last resort. Good luck

Well I was going to say any one but.... BUT then I saw the felon part. Try to stay away from CRE but you might have to go with them or another bottom feeder type. Many companys will not hire felons. I know next to nothing about Celedon or Western but they gotta be better than CRE.
as a side not do NOT LIE on any job app., they will find out and then you will have to find your own way home. good luck.

Western Express is probably the best ...met some happy drivers with them ... Never EVER heard anything good about CREngland ... And Celadon read a few horror stories on here ...but their trailers are shiny

There is no such thing as a good company to start your carreer with.If this is your first company,Celedon does'nt have a training program do they? Also your conviction might hurt you. Then it's a lengthy conviction that's like a double whammy.Stuff you did'nt want to read but that's the reality in trucking.

I'm not sure if Celadon hires new drivers. I would steer clear of England (no pun intended). If they are the only company that will hire you, then don't be a trucker! You definitely have your work cut out for you. Its going to be tough finding a company willing to take you because of the felony. Stick with the smaller companies, you will have much better luck. They can be challenging to find but keep on it. You can try this website, it gives you a list of the smaller companies in your area:

    Good luck man..
