But I'm on my way from Indiana to Salt Lake City. I havent crossed Wyoming in 14 years. Do they still have you park and bring your permits and paperwork at the scales?

If you don't have pre-pass or get the red light <---must enter and bring in papers
So says Official site for Ports of Entry for State of Wyoming -
Haven't been through headed west in a while, but I know they do headed east. I've been through twice in the past month.

Well we have prepass so maybe I'll get lucky.

If your truck hasn't ever gone through Wyoming you'll probably be pulled in.

Not heading West, but heading East they do.

If its early am,bring your sunglasses,the way that scale is set up.the sun will blind you in the early morning sunrise,and hard to read the signs!!!
