Wish I would have known that earlier. I used to have runs from Cofield out to Arkansas and used to run 158 across. I would park in the shopping center up the road from the Waffle House on the other side of 95.

We fuel up at any PFJ anytime we need fuel except in VA and Fl. They want us to fuel at the yard, unless you are running around everywhere in Va and can't get to the yard then put in just enough to get you somewhere where you can fill up. Going to Florida I top off at the Pilot at exit 1 on 95 in Georgia then top off again when I come out. Will is a load planner that will sometimes send you a load in order to put out a fire somewhere down the road.

Hey Uturn, where are you headed to in Maine? I used to load out in Cofield years ago when I drove for Boyd. Be safe!

Made it to Pittsburgh (actually north of Pitt). Long day. Left out of St Louis at 0 Dark Hundred, and drove it hard.

Spent Father's Day the way it was intended to be. Well worth the drive.

Hope y'all had a great day!!!

We got our first stop off this morning in Montana, 8 miles off the hard road back in a mountain valley. Then we made a pit stop in Pasco, Washington and had lunch with two of my Aunts I haven't seen in over 20 years. Headed to Portland to get a stop off first thing in the morning, and then get two of our three stops near Seattle tomorrow afternoon. Be safe!

Got hoo doo'd today by dispatch. :biggrin_2552: Waited 3 hours to get loaded at Nestle in Chesapeake, ended up being over gross so had to go back to get a pallet taken off-another hour and a half. Finally get on the road to Smyrna TN. Get almost to 85/95 split and I hear "a new msg has arrived." It tells me to drop the load on the yard. So, go to the yard to see what's up. They took my nice 700 mile run away and have me a piece of crap 230 mile run up to Palmyra PA delivering at 8 in the morning. WTH? Oh yeah, I was not very nice (can't say what I want to say because I WOULD be banned!). So, I hooked up to this load, saw it is a HP that was supposed to be delivered THIS MORNING at 7 am. To a WAREHOUSE. Now what's so freaking important about it if it's just going to storage? Ugh! Can you tell I am still a bit irritated about it???
