I guess you dont like trucking or jus pissed off, 18 cents is maximum co. give here to new one's even some pay less. And I do my research from live humans not from computers or pigs and everyone over here is taking home 4-5 grands per month almost after 6 months of driving thats normal , people have built mansions over here just by sitting beside wheels , come look at there life style the only loophole in their life is they are just away from home.
Now you say that driving is physical too , come on I drive tractors or Harvesters for 14-16 hour a day for weeks and driving theese equipments in the feild is way more uncomfortable and rough and in the end of the day I am just as fresh as I am in the start of the day. you are the first person who says trucking is physical everybody else says its the easiest job the do its just conscioussness,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Company pays 18 c/m to start

For OP, you should try something else other than trucking. It's so hard to make good money in trucking right now, you have to stay with those beginner co for 6-12 months as a 2nd driver before move up to a reputable co. You will be lucky to take home 3-4k/month after tax with least 2-3 years spot less experiences, even most o/o make less than 5K a month.
-
As a new driver you are not gonna make a lot of money. But you gotta start somewhere and get some experience. So take the best job you can get . And in 1 year you can move up. And you won't be building a mansion your first year.

proof positive driver shortage is a lie, good drivers maybe but not canidates.

im in no way pissed off or dislike trucking.... lmao 18 c a mile and there making 4-5 grand a month?? what country are u in? as it doesnt say on the left by your name cause in usa there is no way any one out only 6 months is pulling that at 18c a mile. I didnt say anything about physical unless its flatbedding and that isnt even really physical i said its hard on faimilys and drivers ie bieng away from home and other mental anguish to some that are not mentally capable of handling the trucker lifestyle ....you have terrible comprehension/reading skills
if it is the usa show the math of how there making 4-5 grand a month at that rate as i would love to see the way you add
IF your in BC this guy even says otherwise so your a troll or being spoon feed lies

Great Wall Thanks this. -
There is no way you can take home 4-5k/month here in BC. In order to make that happen, you got to make 6-7k before tax. IE, you drive 12,000 mlies a month, then your rate got be .50-.60/mile, who will pay that kind of money to a company driver? None from I know.
lilrich Thanks this. -
I've been out here for over two years and I never see 4-5 grand a month!!!
