I can imagine, I haven't met a roach coach I don't like. I'm just usually never east of Chicago. Which is fine by me.

So I'm not going to Oregon, truck issue helped that out but I am going to Seattle for Monday. Not too shabby. Picked a driver up at the Rancho terminal and brought him here to Lathrop. Gotta say, they have some nice terminals here. Rancho and Lathrop are pretty decent, Rancho is kind of a cluster#### because of size constraints but still pretty nice nevertheless. Lathrop is huge, clean, and has a lot of amenities. Most of the drivers I've met here seem generally happy with Gordon. I can say you can do a lot worse than here. Still trying to find the ever elusive truck wash at a terminal though. So far I've been to Pacific, Pontoon Beach, Rancho Cucamonga, and now Lathrop and the only one I've seen is in Pacific. Been getting along much better with dispatch/DM/FM/ whatever the hell the title is as well. All in all with a small hiccup, Gordon has been pretty decent so far.

I love Roach Coaches. I miss them from trucking school. A bunch of people told me I was crazy until they tried some of the grub themselves.

    Joe,

I'm glad to see you are happy. I always look forward to reading about your adventures. Did you attend orientation in Pacific or Pontoon??

Medford has a truck cleaning station during summer months.

Catching up on this thread Joseph....
Maybe GTI realized that you were becoming a social media star and deemed it necessary to feed you for positive PR. ;-)
But seriously...still looking at GTI but only if the money's right...

I,ve come to the conclusion, that all these companies have the same issues and complaints. Sure some pay a little more, some have better trucks, but, most of the issues people compalin about the most are the same everywhere. Traffic, waiting for loads, gettint to the house, etc... Ya just got to find the one that works best for you.

This guy was thinking of coming to GTI and changed his mind them got a hard on for all things Gordon. A little like a scorned woman, ya know? But every time he comes back, they throw him out. It is what it is. Amazing that he hates them so much and never have them a chance. Yeah well. Just had lunch with Dave, the recruiter who brought me on and two other GTI office members. Good bbq place over here, talked trucking and other stuff. Good people. I try not to let my mouth get ahead of my brain too much, lol. Truck is broke down at VFI so I have a loaner doing some local work. Once again, not too bad. Definitely liking it here.

Glad you got your issues fixed and your running like you like to...it's hard to find drivers who actually want to run anymore...they way I look at it is this way...if I want to sit, I'll sit on my couch at home, so therefore if I'm in the truck I expect to be able to run & make the $$ I expect.
