Cat 3406E head question! Looking for a cat expert

Installed a reman head on a kw and it had all the plugs in it. My problem is that it seems to be leaking coolant somewhere from the front of the head behind the cam gear housing. I know there is a plug right below the cam on the front of the head. Is that a coolant port or oil?

Ok so that's not my issue I had a feeling it was and was almost positive I checked them all to make sure they were tight. I'm getting coolant all around the head gasket it appears to be coming from upfront and running along to the back. Any ideas?
