This what I have. I use a 20x20x20 AC refrigerator. I also have a small Micro and a toaster. I use a 1000 watt power inverter. I can carry 5 weeks of food and water from home. The frig can be turned down cold enough to keep food frozen. But, you will need a place to put it. However, I never eat out and can park anywhere I need to for as long as needed. Good luck, Im sure youll find what works best for you.

I can only speak for the Coleman, as I own one. It works great, keeps everything nice and cold and has plenty of space inside. I have mine on the floor of my sleeper next to the bunk (on a rug to try and mitigate heat from the floor). I also try and keep the sleeper area cool with the AC going most of the day while driving. That seems to help keep everything in the cooler very cold. Matter of fact, it can get too cold....just a minute ago I pulled out a completely frozen water. So all-in-all, I'd recommend the Coleman.
Ranger Bob Thanks this. -
I have the newer style Coleman, it works great. Have had it for a year now!! Much better than the older ones with those tiny little motors that would burn out every 3 months. Sometimes even now in the summer I have to unplug it for a little while, it actually freexes the lettuce or celery or itself......I guess I could leave the lid up a bit. Bought mine with points.
I am however I the process of converting over to a 3000 watt invertor and will be installing a small home ref./freexer. As soon as I get my TriPac converted to a 120amp alternator I will install the invertor and remodel the sleeper. -
