My screen on my tnd720 keeps scrolling or acts like it I'm touching random places on it when it is just sitting there. It did the same thing about two weeks ago but then it was just like you were holding your finger on the screen somewhere and it would just keep scrolling to the left forever so I shut it off and turned it on a couple times but nothing seemed to help until I hit the reset button. But this time it don't seem to be fixing the problems. I dont know if its quite a year old but its close. What do I do??? I love my GPS!!!

Take your fingertip and run it around the lip of the black molding where it touches the screen. It might be "pinching" the screen slightly.
Thanks,

Mark, do you know if the traffic provider has started feeding data to RM's servers yet?

Mark, I just bought the 520 today, I've used my 710 for a little over a year now. Yes, I know it's a smaller screen but my question. Is can I customize the display? It appears I can't, but the + and - (the zoom in/out) are so big, you literally can not read the clock below them. Also would love to remove the Exit services toggle which is located above the + as well as remove the WIFI toggle from the main screen. Are any of this possible??
Thanks,
Ken -
Yes if you buy the traffic subscription.
Thanks,

The Clock was used in a debug mode a while back for the testers and RM just left it on the screen.
The screens you cannot add/delete items off of it.
Thanks,

The clock on the 710 is very easy to see, but not on the 520. Thanks.

I did but quite frankly, haven't seen any alerts or messages. Have both flow and incidents checked. Nothing in either metro or rural areas thus far. And there have been incidents as reported by- other means. I know this is new so possibly some bugs to work out?

I have the 7 inch Rand, have not been able to use it in the oil fields due to non paved county roads, if the GPS coords are not an a paved road, it wont load directions. even if i am 20 yards off a paved road. Is there something in the settings I can change? I have had to use another brand that does work but is not trucker friendly.
