Well they should of taught you different: ).
You as a driver are responsible for running legal and if caught running "illegal" you look at teh chance of going to prison or losing your career.

I am a driver for a company. I have to do what they say. Failure to do so gives a bad DAC. They pay me or they fire me. When you are new, you are at the mercy of the company. -

We spent over a week on logs and route planning. I'd have to say at least twenty hours filling out logs in logbook exercises.

in 2007 I went to national training in green cove springs FL. logging was a part of most days, the exact amount of time is hard to pin down. when we left I knew enough to do the job, since I went to werner
all I had to do was E-logs anywho.
