FFE management is horrible and rude

    Wow, the filters didn't catch that one huh? You are right. FFE Sucks. They will trash your DAC. I know. 12 years ago they said I trashed one of their trucks.
    I have never been in any of there trucks. I never made it through orientation. It didn't take me long to chap there butts. They sent me home. I can see it was for the better. It's not on my DAC anymore. Just give them a wide birth, and chalk it up to experience.

    Yeah sorry about the language I was having a bad day yesterday. lol
    It's too bad that, "The company comes first", in this career because I've dreamed of being a trucker my whole life.
    To fill in some gaps on why I left the academy: They showed favoritism for experienced drivers, they said they wanted receptive students who asked questions but when I asked they said I was too slow for the class, also when their favorite students asked questions yet spent the rest of the day talking about it.
    My final review: They are a good company, if you like to go through "trial by fire" before they even give you a truck.
    By all means go with them but to each his own.

    Even if he was loitering the guy should not have got in his face and started cursing at him. That is simply not professional. Whatever happened to people having manners? I know I would feel violated if somebody did that to me. RobertFord if trucking is what you really want to do go apply at other bottom feeders one of them will take you.

    I am considering FFE.I have a cdl,but have;nt drove in several yrs.,so therefore I have to go back to school.I was very seriuosly considering FFE,but I here very little good on this company.Can someone that actually drives for FFE please shed some more light on this subject.I don't wanna make a big mistake by going there if they really suck as bad as I here.Thanks.

    Most people in my network circle that did CDL training at FFE yard only did their year and got the hell out. I hope this explains the quality of the company.

    most in my class left before the year was up. out of 25 or so, only 4 were left at the 12 month mark.

    Thank you for your info.It sure is frustrating trying to find a "good company" to start with in the industry.Alot of good and bad things on all of them.Not sure what to think!I just wanna get good training,so I can be a safe driver,and get my 1 yr. in with a company.Thanks again for your info.
