Sitting for 5 days... Layover pay?

dont want said the name ,but base out il, it was a prepaid load ,i learned this after the fact the broker told me it was a doulb blind deal ,my dispatch didnt tell nothing,so im the one losing,hometime,etc... -
You're going to have to talk to your company and DEMAND to be paid.
I can see sitting for a bit but not this long without some kind of follow through from your company.
Once it gets settled..then look at your opitions..if they pay you and youre happy,fine.
If not put your notice in and move on.

raise hell if you don't get some kind of compensation.This is one of many things I don't miss about OTR.Ive had a few of those blind loads.

Sitting 5 days longer than I would have. I would have been in contact immediately and on the way there.

120 bucks a day minimum compensation for you. Its a whole weeks pay we are talking about here put your foot down on this don't let them give you peanuts!!!!!!!!

Because we all know #### well that if the companys equipment is tied up for a week, And they are in no hurry to solve this issue, Then THE COMPANY is making something off of it

that's 4 days 23 hours longer than I could have done! I start to lose after 1/2 hour. But its been a long time since Ive hit a dock.
