With Schneider how much experience do you need to have in order to not have to go with a trainer after you are hired?

I don't know but some lady is going to come here in a minute and complain about her son. Watch, it's like moths to a flame.

That would be up to your recruiter and the training staff.

I know I should ignore you but here goes.
First I don't recruit, I answer questions. Nobody on this forum knows my name so how can anybody tell Schneider I recruited them? See it goes something like this. New driver has some questions so he comes on here and ask. Guys that work for whichever company he is interested in answer. Simple really.

Second. I don't have the CEOs number, c'mon now..

Third I ready have a stalker, his name is Rick.

Fourth. I and others have already given you advice. You are of course free to post whatever you like. I truly don't care, Big Orange will just keep rolling like we always do.

Finally, if it makes you feel better I will concede that your son may have fell through the cracks. If you want to p.m. me his name I will look into his situation the best I can. If not, then there is nothing more for me to do. Stalk if you like, I seem to be getting an entourage.

I swear this woman, if it's really a female, has no life but that of over mothering her supposedly grown son. Time to cut the apron strings lady. And fyi, you sitting on a forum complaining to drivers will change nothing about this company's, nor any other company's, policy. Seriously, get your own life, let your kid grow up and be a adult.
