I am seeing a lot of positive feedback for CFI. It's definitely on the top of my research list after I finish CDL school. I have talked to a couple of retired drivers that drove for CFI and they liked it. But how are they now since Conway bought them?

Well I'm not starving or anything. No customers giving me lip. But the seem to have been screwing up lately concerning their dispatch speed.

if you wanna call 1 cent per mile a raise, yeah it's there. as long as you don't have a pet. i just left them. nothing was getting better like they said it would. lots of stuff getting worse since it's con-way's company now.

i'm not there anymore, as of about 2 wks ago, but i noticed miles dropping off bad, and customers not renewing their contracts, mostly not wanting to play w/ con-way. starting to look like more con-way freight relays for solo drivers. (one driver picks up, swaps w/ another driver after 500-600 miles, then waits about 24 hours for next relay leg to come in) health insurance rates went up, trucks slowed down (70 down to 65).
