This was a K-9 officer, dog is ok. Rare photo of the perp vehicle. Booked for DUI, open container, possession of drugs. Fine upstanding citizen of the trucking community, yeah?

I hope he gets accidentally labeled as a child molester in jail and dealt with properly!

What heck was this idiot thinking? This could have been SO much worse.

Complete stupidity.

feel sorry for any Decker drivers going thru that area anytime soon. poor decision made by this driver that will cost this co. and drivers much greif
drvrtech77 and Giggles the Original Thank this. -
Don't beleive everything the media says.
In other cases that I've seen, the officer charges the driver with alot of bogus crap, in hopes to get a guilty plea, on one or two charges.
If I had to guess, the driver probably did have some beer or beer bottles in the truck.( which is bad in it self). And driver might of been little hung over. Not good either.
If he did do as they say, he should be hung. I just have my doubts, all of it's true. No doubt this guy is not gona drive a big truck anytime soon.
Also thought the bail was set quite low, for so many charges.Shaggy Thanks this. -
Should put in left lane and ran over!

For all of those that are looking... Decker has a spot open !
-
but if the story is true......and the driver really did have all those things....thats an extremely scary thought....
and if he did....what the heck was he thinking??? and, i am glad it wasnt worse than it was.....and if hes really guilty, i am sure this isnt the first time he drove this way, booze and weed....glad he got caught before he killed someone....or ran over a family.....
i too hope its not trumped up charges cuz the cop is mad....time will tell i guess.....
