truck in left lane ticket

And I had a truck run the left lane for several miles, including meeting a cop and nothing happened.....

 

I received a third lane violation ticket just a couple of days ago in Stockton, ca at intersection of 4 and 99. Right Lane turned in to south bound 99 only and middle Lane was merging into left Lane for North bound. ..I pointed that out to the chp and still got the ticket. . Go figure. .. will hve a lawyer on it tomorrow!

Not all states follow that. . Some will mask a ticket. .ie.. give a parking ticket instead of a speeding ticket just make u pay the higher fines. But its at the discretion of the courts. California is generally good about it except in certain cities like truckee, ca. Indiana will not mask anything whatsoever. . (Only know those two states from previous exp)

A lot of the hwys in jersey have em, but they're usually the ones divided by jersey walls and left turns are made by way of jug handles, sohe shouldn't havve been in left lane anyway

 

Ca is broke. Won't pay overtime, cop probably will not show. Dismissed for lack of prosecution.... how I got outta mine

 

Yeah that's what I think will happen. I contacted a lawyer and he was shocked the officer gave me two tickets instead of just one but he's pretty confident he can get it dismissed or at least turned into a parking ticket. Stockton just filed bankruptcy not to long ago so they may try a lil Hard to get some money outta me.
