Ruan is mainly a dedicated carrier for someone in whatever area they bare in. In my home town they do northeast regional for Johnson Control delivering automotive batteries. I have seen tankers out west. Depends who they bare hauling for I guess, but the one at home is a union job but still pays by the mile. Have a friend that drove for them but is now in a disability lawsuit with them.
I work for Ruan out of Cincinnati, they are a good company and treat drivers well. Im not sure what type of driver position you are looking at, I drive liquid and dry bulk tankers
