do they pay good? do they hire student grads?

I just know what I've read on company websites about it. According to them, they pay better than OTR and you are home more. Whether that's true or not I don't know. Not sure about hiring students. That might depend on the company, availability, and your location.

I think schneider will ask you for 6 months experience, 2 months ago i applied for a local intermodal gig with schneider out of chambersburg Pa mvr, my dac and everything else was Ok ready to go then i got a call from the recruiter saying that they have a test i need to take and pass before i attend orientation i said cool then she sent me a test with 100 questions and i took the test and when i call back she said i got 95 right out of 100 and she was looking for 96 to 100 i told her to kiss my ss and i call them tomorrow and i talk to another recruiter about the position guess what it was all filled up and she couldn't tell me that instead of playing games.
