Well despite the chaos, I survived orientation. Just waiting on a trainer now. Have no idea how long that will take. Word of advise for anyone thinking of coming up to Primes orientation (or probably any where). If there is a holiday in the week, just wait until the next week to come. They dont really have the support on scene to get everything done with everybody taking off. Plus it had lease, company, PSD all crammed into one group for the most part. I will have to give credit, they did try to work it out as best they could. But still no complaints and have met some really good people here

Dealing with the chaos is just part of the "test." If ya can't handle that, you're going to fail in epic proportions when it comes to the daily chaos of truckin'!

It don't bother me. I've had plenty of priactice with hurry up and wait. Nothing I'm not accustomed to.

You will have no problem at those slower shipper and receivers. Good luck. Look forward to hearing about your adventure.

Headed to Prime next week July 16th, very excited about coming to this company, was going to go to Celadon with my brother but thanks to this Forum I changed my mind. I'm from Mass and heard about the NE region runs and the rest was history. Lookin forward to this bus ride leaving on Sunday and arriving Monday night.........
