    I bet you are glad to get that load off, WEW !!!! I've always wanted to go up there to Montana and see what it's like up there. I want to check out this place called Wolf Creek, MT, just north of Helena. I saw that place on my very first solo run from SLC to Calagary, it has stuck with me since then. Hope ya'll get some fishing and camping in while you are there. Thanks for the update and be safe on your next journey.

    Sitting in Casper WY the load is in the rigging yard till the 11th of July then we have to figure out how to get it to the delivery point. Which is not gonna be easy...:biggrin_2552:

    Sleepy...this is the same load. We have to STORE it at a rigging yard till the 11th the customer is not ready for it yet. They just poured the concrete base for it yesterday. When we are done our dispatch has already told us they have NOTHING!! All the 12 axles are on the way to Oregon....not sure what that is about. It dont sound good.

    Actually the rigging company here in Casper is HIRING and they have some HUGE stuff...so Monday Bo is gonna go snoop around up here. There is a river here so I could live here if I had too. Our house has wheels and is movable. I will also be using this time this weekend to do his resume over and do up a cover letter. There is also another HH company we are waiting to hear from. They do a background check and check EVERYTHING...they are real picky about who they hire. We should hear from them next week sometime...:biggrin_25519:

    Rumor.. And I said rumor is that Combined Transport was sold to the same company that owns Keen. Platinum equity out of Calif.

    Keen was bought out over a year ago . Platinum equity owns them now. Also they bought the logistic branch of Caterpillar.

    Did Platinum purchase Cressler with it? I know they were owned by Keen back when I drove for them. Can't believe Keen sold though. The guys who ran that joint seemed like they really loved running it.

    Oh, btw, does Combined hire out of PA? Not looking at heavy haul right out of the gate, just whatever regular flatbed they do.
