I would if I had my own truck, the stereo system in my company volvo sucks, Aux plug wont even work for me when I plug stuff in. The guy I trained with who is now a friend has a system, sub under the bunk and amp with higher end speakers and stereo system throughout. Some will say you dont need to listen to music that high since you need to listen to other things around you, when im bored going down a long road I like my music a little loud and when tired. I also like deep clear bass in my music

I only got a cdplayer/fm/am radio. No aux. 4 original pete speekers
I just bought my own truck though (waiting for paper work before i can drive it) It has a pimped out radio

XM/Serius
Duel aux input
Remote
4Bose speakers that sound amazing.
1 sub under bunk.Jrdude5 Thanks this. -
can never go wrong with a nice set of Bose speakers, I want to get satelite radio but with the stupid aux not working....I thought about checking if the wires going to the jack work and its just the jack thats messed up but I have to be careful to not get caught messing with the wires

A refrig, micro, toaster, Direct TV and 5 weeks of food and water. OH the radio?, I'd rather watch and listen to the road. Makes me a safer driver.

you have space for 5 weeks of food and water? I go through 2-3 cases of water per week alone

No sub in my truck don't care for the extra thump. But I got a Sony deck or whatever they're called and aftermarket speakers. Can't figure out half the buttons on my stereo to begin with did figure the Bluetooth out but nobody can hear me when I talk on it. Yes I'm technologically challenged...I still use CDs for Christ's sake go ahead laugh it up lol.
And what is this XM you are talking about? That short for x men or something?Cranky Yankee Thanks this. -

I try not to eat out much either, I keep sandwich stuff in an ice chest, protein bars and muscle milk and a few other dry items, plenty of bottles of water and I am fine just stopping anywhere aswell, I choose rest stops and pull outs over truck stops and terminals when I can. I have a wife and 2 daughters at home so I make sure bills are paid and they have as much of the extra money I make when I can.jbatmick Thanks this.
