Thank you for that info .
I just printed the TQL carrier packet - and will likely be recycling all pages
unsigned and incomplete of course .
You (all) just saved me from a big mistake and losses ! -
I have been searching the forum for information on Its Logistics/Brokerage. Anybody use them? or any information would be helpful. Thanks
-
Received info form my carrier that we do not allowed to book more loads with Movin On Transportation Tulsa OK MC#294072.

Before dealing with a broker, I do wash my face twice. I want to be sure that I am wake-up.
I find plenty of good brokers out there, including some at TQL that will work with me on difficult loads. Other good brokers are:
Big Sky out of Montana
ATS Sureway from Minnesota
Straight 8 out of North Dakota
The list goes on ad nauseam.
But here's a bunch who should be noted. Not just for being cheap, but really for being unpleasantly RUDE.
Access America out of Chattanooga, TN = -
I frequently deal with TQL.
You have to understand their tactics, to be not screwed over.
They will need your MC number or they will not talk to you.
They are constantly fishing. You have to know what you want before you call them. Miles, rate, size, weight, how many hours available on your comic book, be knowledgeable. You are an expert too.
Your rate sheet is not a dispatch. With TQL, rate confirmation and dispatch are two separate events. This is how they avoid TONU charges.
Call in or you will be punished.
Never tell a lie, even if it is uncomfortable. If the dispatcher is in a hurry, remember that he is hundreds of miles away sitting in an office. Do not let 'em rush you. Remember to talk to the consignee, TQL dispatchers rarely know what's going on.
Be nice to others, it will make your own day better, hopefully......KB3MMX and Logistics_Bear Thank this. -
I am sure you mean well. But the best advice you can give anyone regarding TQL Is to just avoid them altogether. Even if you do everything correctly, there is still a good chance you will not get your money from them. There is a reason they have the worst reputation in the industry of all brokers that managed to stay in business. They stay in business because morons keep going to them for loads. We need to put them out of business so all those loads will go to reputible brokers who we can do business with.Minder Kat Thanks this. -

Rolling Coal:
Access is an up and down company. They do good for a couple months and then bad for 4 months. I guess they do not keep contracts long. We haul a lot of loads with them but mainly because we are based in their home area.
