Schneider agrees to settle $3.5M class-action lawsuit by CA mechanics

That's easy, the bean counters that did this never drove a truck and thought that they would get away with it.

 

Too bad the drivers don't get overtime. They aren't covered under labor laws.

 

Have you not really paid attention to Schneider's equipment? It's junk and that's because they short pay there mechanics

 

It's junk because their drivers beat the ever-loving you know what of them. I swear I can't remember the last time I saw a Schneider truck with its fairings undamaged in some way.

 

Good for the mechanics!!!! SNBC 's iron is junk because of whom they hire and that's directly related to how much they pay. You do indeed get what you pay for.

I for one am glad someone broke it off in a mega. They might just learn one day. ( PFJ? )

Some months back one of their experts violated a no left turn sign and ended up ON THE FRONT LAWN OF THE OFFICE OF ETHYL CORPORATION IN PASADENA, TEXAS..

The driver proceeded to attempt to extricate the unit aggravating the lawn damage already done. ( You bet!, PDL lock and hammer down ) Need I tell you who's office is in that building?

Need we talk about just how p***ed Ethyl was?
