The only thing they will look at for the dental work is if you were on any painkillers. If so, which ones, and how long you have been off of them. There are no dental requirements on the DOT physical.

Probably Hydrocodine, which means you may need a letter from your dentist, if you took it in the last 30 days as it might show in your urine test. MAKE SURE you tell your recruiter or it will be a quick round trip home.

It was done in early spring (march or April) do I still need a letter from the dentist stating it was for pain and that I was told by the nurse to take them if u need it. Which at that time I didn't because I wasn't in that much pain.
-
I doubt it, but still let the recruiter know. The more open you are the more they trust u

What if you take cymbalta for anxiety. It's not on the DOT list of bad drugs but what does Prime say about it or any other anxiety medication. Thanks

Depends on why you get bounced. Many times they'll have you come back in 30 or 60 days if it's a situation that can be corrected.newbietrucker007 Thanks this.
