But....But, there's a driver shortage. So companies dont care whether or not you are a safe driver. LOL... "Driver shortage"... Biggest recruiting tool in the business.

Not all companies subscribe to using this. Its not maditory for them to subscribe,.
Yes I does make it hard for the driver to prove where he worked.

That's not what I meant. I have been driving for 16 years. The last 4 years have been for a family that is basically an outlaw company. So I got some failed dot inspections and 2 out of service violations. Well that makes my record look bad, but the fact is I went twelve years without an out of service or an overweight ticket.
Maybe not all employers look at this. I don't know, but in the long run it will be better for drivers than DAC. DAC is a few four letter words I can't use here.
It's just not helping me now. -
PSPs only apply to warnings and tickets that are DOT reportable. Maybe its a wake up call to the drivers out here that will take anything down the road with the employers own rules / regulations... way over due

i fail to see how psp is worse then dac.
dac gets AALL the dirty scoop on you. and don't go away. -
Dac Usis only gets the information from companies that subscribe to the service, and are willing to pay the $100 per driver to report you.
PSP gets the DOT reportable warnings and tickets. -
You are charged CSA points on everything except overweight. Even violations in your 4 wheeler count as CSA points. If I get stopped for an INSP and the Cop does a quick check and says "OK" I ask for a clean written INSP so it shows on my CSA score. Ohio is really bad about "forgetting" to give you a clean sheet otherwise it won't show up on your report.
The reason (I think) to ask for a clean INSP sheet is this: the CSA doesn't show if its clean or not, but if you have multiple INSP's and few CSA points then it indicates you are getting clean INSP's and that would be a good thing. Especially if you were involved in an accident with a fatality. I want all the clean INSP's I can get so Mr. Lawyer has to work harder to build a case against me.
If you disagree don't jump all over me, I have only been doing this 35 years, so everyday I am learning something new!

If you knew this, why did you drive for them?
