Finally got out of the shop this morning...thats a long story, but got a load of rebar from seguin to somewhere by brownsville, and as im leaving here...nail in my tire...so here i sit waiting on road service...ugh

 

Yeah 10-4. I usually grab something to eat then use the restroom for a few minutes. I didn't need to go to the bathroom so I just had breakfast. It felt like 30+ minutes lol, so I just went back to truckin', not thinking about it

 

Picked up two machine presses today. 11,000lbs each. 10ft tall, 4 feet wide, and 8 feet long. Had to be tarped. Took 4 hours. Enough said

 

Looks a little baggy in the front..... You must be out of practice ! LOL

 

Lol, nah, it's these dang tarps with built in flaps that don't let you fold it the way I normally would have done. It sucks, it blows up going down the road since there's a 6" gap on each side of my trailer, the tarp is too short by a little bit

 

I've had to tarp my last 3 loads. Thankfully they're nothing huge, but tarping in the heat isn't fun.

Was able to deliver my last load in Pennsylvania on Saturday. #### 30 minute break along with traffic outside of Harrisburg screwed me out of layover pay on Saturday.

Loaded today in Wyoming, PA heading to OKC for Wednesday. I like this being out of Texas thing. Sure it won't last long though.

My APU went out on me today so I'm sure they'll have me in a shop either tomorrow or Wednesday after I deliver.

 

idk if this has been answered or not but american trucker works for averiit express doing local work now....hes a captain in my trucking club is how i know

 

Yeah I heard, found it kinda funny.

 

I'm still waiting for an answer from Lone Star. I'm hoping to hear something this week.

 

Have you called them? I put in my app online then called them the next day. Holly told me they were processing it then only a few days later they called me to setup orientation
