Desperate and crying for a long haul job no experience

I have very little experience in drving a tractor trailer about 9 month only not to many every insurance refuse the company to insure me to a truck Im block Im desperate I can go in the states I have a passport only no fastcard Im 31 years old clean abstract clean criminel record I don't smoke or drink or do drug so clean system just no experience I need help from a company whos willing maybe to train me or give me a chance Im better shifting a 13 speed and 18 speed or automatic truck .
