Westside tranport

Most companies only go back 90 days on the hair test. The farther they go back. The more $$ the test cost them. The farthest would be 6 mon. U will be fine.

You will not get hired if you fail a drug test. You can be barred from driving with any carrier for 2 years or 3 years. Companies always want to know if drivers have refused a drug test or not. Don't be stupid son. Don't smoke any drugs at all if you want to keep your license in good standings. I quit smoking in 2003.. I got my CDL license in 2009.. I only drink.. Quitting from pot use can be hard. Think about feeding yourself and your family. Dont let drugs come before you or your beloved family.
You are fresh out of school and you can be nervous. Keep your MVR clean and don't have a lot of incidents when you start driving. Incidents will hold you back for 3 years when applying for bigtime carriers. My MVR is clean.. I have 2 preventable incidents within the past three years.. keep your incidents at zero and you will always be able to get hired.. Don't work and quit..Stay with one carrier for a year or longer. Make sure you pick the right carrier. Don't let any recruiter trick you into orientation. Do your homework son. Be smart. Don't let any carrier mess up your driving record when you are employed with that carrier.

 

You are fresh out of school.. I read a few bad reports on Ripoff Report website.. I read about 7 bad testimonials about Westside transport. There are no perfect companies out there. Look at Werner. The Werner Truck Company have over 150 bad testimonials against them.. Read your reports and don't let any recruiter trick you to work for their company. Keep that license clean and don't smoke.. You have a CDL license. You don't ever want that license revoked or suspended..You are new in trucking. You will average about 600 a week.. You have no experience. You can't get 800 to 1000 a week because
you are fresh out of school.. Keep the license clean and stay with a good carrier for 1 year or more.. Quitting companies can mess up your reputation.

 

From my understanding, these hair follicle tests aren't good at all about picking up trace amounts of drugs. I think I read somewhere that you consistently have to do some drugs of a course of a certain period for the test to actually show reuslts.

I know for a fact that there is a tolerance level for controlled substances although I don't know what they are.

 

Dont smoke..Be a smart citizen..If you fail a drug screen you will be banned for 3 years from driving a class A or B vehicle..you can only work for owner operator's if you get banned.
No DOT carriers will hire you for 3 years from the day you fail a drug screen..
Don't go to orientation until after 30 days of having a clean system and if you are using pott you need to wait 30 days.. Clean out by drinking plenty of water and drink cranberry juice.. I do not smoke at all.. Just giving you tips so that you can avoid being
banned from driving a commercial vehicle.. Use your head..Be smart..
