This company is one of the worst companies i've ever worked for.The pay week starts on a Thursday and ends on the next Wednesday,and you got to work a week in a whole,so it's three weeks before you get your 1st paycheck.It's set up so you can't stop working, if you stop for a 3 or 4 days your week is shot and you have to start all over again owner operator,we can't afford to wait so long for a paycheck.If something happens and you need to borrow some money to make a repair they don't care about your personal bills and the fact you stay out for a month at a time trying to get your 1st paycheck they want work with you even though they say they will.Some of you may stay out 3,4,or 5 months at a time but i have a family and i got to get in after a month.But the way their payroll is set up you pay for going home in a big way.If their pay week was set up on a Monday through Friday schedule then you can make something happen.But because they are so small of a company and not many people know about them they try to trap they people the get.RUN LIKE HELL IF THEY CONTACT YOU TAKE HEED OR BE BURNT!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

I copy that! Swingline Transport uses a broker out of Ky for all dispatches from midwest,southeast,northeast, and so fourth which they are great.But Swingline Transport is the problem they get in there own way of greatness which causes there drivers to suffer.
